Don't recognise a charge?
Someone in your business may have signed up for one of our products. If you still can't place it, email us at hello@jetsip.com with:
- the date and amount of the charge
- the last four digits of the card
- the email address you think was used
Never send us your full card number.
Amount looks a little different?
Our prices are in Australian dollars. If your card is in another currency, your bank converts the amount and may add a fee, so the charge can differ slightly from the listed price.
